Costa started his career in the hospitality industry, focusing on client’s needs and surpassing them with great ease. Costa’s experience has allowed him to master the art of customer service, and has led him to recognize that clients should come first. Costa desired to take his knowledge and excellent client service skills, and apply them to a career that would allow him to make a real difference in people’s lives, which is what led him to becoming a mortgage agent – Costa wants to help his clients with what perhaps is the biggest financial investment of their lives, home ownership!
